Georgina Damm’s fascination with food and culture began at a young age after living in Asia with her family. The magic of fresh food markets, street fare, hawkers dining and imbibing created a lasting impression on her. After years gaining hospitality experience, Damm Fine Food was established in 1996 as an event catering company specialising in clean and contemporary cuisine.
Georgina’s philosophy is that sharing fresh, lovingly prepared food is nurturing and good for the soul. And that experience is made more joyful by transforming spaces that delight and surprise.
Today Damm Fine Food is recognised as a leading Melbourne event management and catering company,
providing imaginative food and design from boardrooms to weddings and some of Victoria’s largest events. Following her principal of sharing all things food, Georgina has had regular appearances on radio and television. She was restaurant reporter Honey Galore on 3AW’s top rating Breakfast Show with Ross Stevenson and John Burns, and went on to co-produce Love to Share on Network 10, where she was also an on-air presenter.
