Under the direction of founder Georgina Damm, our dedicated team of chefs, stylists and operational staff produce memorable events for all occasions.
About Georgina Damm
Background
Georgina’s fascination with food and culture began at a relatively young age after living throughout many Asian countries. Georgina went on to establish Damm Fine Food Co. as a corporate and private event catering company specialising in clean & contemporary cuisine. A marketing graduate from the University of Canberra, Georgina had many years of experience within the hospitality industry before venturing out on her own.
From simple beginnings, Georgina has grown Damm Fine Food Co into a thriving business now employing 14 permanent staff, 6 permanent chefs and approximately 150 casual staff. The company’s corporate clients are at the forefront of the fashion, advertising and media industries – a direct reflection of Damm Fine Food Co’s cutting edge cuisine and contemporary outlook.

The company was established in 1996 as a catering company with a strong point of difference - healthy food that is fresh, modern and tasty to eat. Innovative presentation and constantly changing menus keep Damm Fine Food Co at the forefront of event catering in Melbourne.
Known for creating Melbourne’s best private parties, Georgina also specialises in styling and designing bespoke party experiences for Melbourne’s elite. Her ability to plan and execute any event with the minimum of fuss and the maximum of style is central to the philosophy held at Damm Fine Food Co.
The business operates within premises located within a purpose built 7000 square foot factory. With a large-scale commercial kitchen facility, event offices, packing areas and loading docks, Damm Fine Food Co. can produce for events of any size.
