Party Planning
Private celebrations reflect the individual style of the host. Pulling together the most perfect of birthdays, family milestones or celebrations with friends can often be a daunting affair. We have an extensive background in working behind the scenes to deliver an effortless yet curated experience for your guests.
The perfect midnight dinner, a casual kitchen disco, a hidden martini cellar, dancing on tables or a DJ in the bathroom : it’s the little one percent touches that makes a party most memorable. We love creating spaces and experiences that delight and surprise.

Bringing world class events to life, our dedicated event managers work alongside you to deliver a work celebration, conference, trade show, corporate dinner or gala evening with precision and quality.
Many Melbourne venues make use of an exclusive caterer. This doesn’t mean that you can’t experience the DAMM FINE FOOD Co. difference.
We design, execute and deliver many events across multiple venues without supplying the food or beverage on some occasions. Every aspect of your event will be meticulously planned and implemented with access to our network of premium suppliers.

As our name suggests, we are passionate about all things food. Food that speaks for itself, is clean, modern and honest. The most premium ingredients served in the chicest way always creates a most memorable meal.
We often match our dining offerings with curated cocktails, martini bars, premium wine pairings and mobile bar carts that can take your event to the next level.
Our chefs, sommeliers and mixologists work tirelessly to create modern menus, inspired by the exceptional restaurants of Melbourne. We regularly collaborate with some of Melbourne’s top chefs and cocktail bars to deliver bespoke gastronomical experiences.

Event Styling
Bringing your event dreams to life isn’t as easy as it seems. It takes a lot of work and careful planning to pull a party design together in a considered yet effortless way.
Our team is available to plan, organise and coordinate your complete event look from beginning to end. We source and book reliable suppliers, as well as coordinating them throughout the entire process.
From initial mood boards, marquees, floor plans and furniture right through to floral installation, tableware, invitation design and lighting plans. We can do it all.

Luxury Brand Portfolio
Damm Fine Food Co. has over 15 years experience in collaborating and curating premium food and beverage offerings within the luxury brand space.
Our Luxury Brand Portfolio has been designed specifically for high-end brands with a more specific palate. Our very unique customised canapes are all under three centimeters in diameter and are freshly assembled onsite by our chefs. They are elegant, non-greasy, have no sauces nor are they served in vessels that need to be disposed of.
One off culinary menu development, staff training and bespoke canape design is also available for a truly unique luxury experience that reflects your brand attributes.
Curated Menus
Our menus change regularly with the seasons, highlighting ingredients when they are at their absolute best. We can also create one off bespoke menus upon request should you want something more specifically designed to your personal tastes.
